Strike Zone Academy has been established since 2001 and offers the finest baseball/softball instruction in the area. Located in the Tallmadge/Mogadore area, Strike Zone offers over 8000 square feet of training space with synthetic turf and batting cages. Most importantly Strike Zone prides itself in its experienced instructors. Strike Zone’s instructors offer over 69 years of collective teaching experience, not including their collegiate and professional careers. Just try to find another facility with a finer repetor of instructors. If you want to train to be the best, you must learn from the best. It’s that simple.

Along with fine instruction, something else not found elsewhere is Strike Zone’s personal attention and commitment to our students. We feel that a common flaw in most athletic training facilities is over crowding. All of our classes, regardless of age or type, are limited in size to ensure our students receive more on-on-one time with their instructor. Although this can create limited class enrollment sizes, it is the only way to guarantee that our students get the training and attention they deserve. No other facility in the area offers more care to their students or a greater commitment to excelence.

Along with extremely affordable hitting/pitching instruction, Strike Zone’s commitment to its students goes beyond the “classroom”. Our students are welcome to come in and use our facility anytime during the offseason or season to work on their game, free of charge (provided there is not currently an occupied gym). Also we use videotape analysis to visually show the students proper training and hitting techniques. For the parents and younger siblings there is a comfortable waiting area with games, vending machines, chairs, and tables. However, parents are also permitted and encouraged to come inside the gym and watch their student train.
